Subscription Terms & Conditions

• Membership Duration: UpwardCare+ is a 12-month subscription, with included annual services available during the active membership period.

• Included Services: Membership includes one annual System Health Check, one Annual PC Deep Clean, and one standard technician callout limited to a maximum of 1 hour of service. Any additional technician time beyond the included hour will be charged at UpwardTech's standard hourly service rate.

• Antivirus Renewal: Includes one complimentary annual renewal of Trend Micro 3 Device antivirus subscription. This benefit is strictly limited to Trend Micro and cannot be exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for another antivirus brand.

• Priority Bookings: Members receive preferential appointment scheduling, subject to technician availability.

• VIP Product Pricing: Exclusive member pricing applies to selected eligible hardware, software, and accessories supplied by UpwardTech.

• Service Coverage: Standard callouts are subject to UpwardTech's normal service coverage area. Additional travel fees may apply outside the includes service regions of Wollondilly, Southern Highlands and Macarthur.

• Additional Charges: Services, replacement components, repairs, or technician time exceeding the included 1-hour callout may incur additional charges, which will be communicated before proceeding.

• Membership Benefits: Benefits are available while the subscription remains active and are subject to applicable service conditions.
