For over 17 years, he has provided personalised computer support and technology solutions throughout the Wollondilly region and surrounding areas. Leveraging his extensive industry knowledge and commitment to customer service, Ricky expanded his operations beyond Wollondilly through his partnership in Shield Tech Australia Pty Ltd alongside business partner Jason. After more than a decade of successful business growth, the partnership concluded amicably in June 2026, allowing both parties to pursue new business opportunities.
